End of the School Year

The Kindergarten classes performed for the parents in a program about what they want to be when they grow up.  They also sang songs about the things they had learned through the year.  Jake is pretty excited to be in first grade and attend school all day long.  I am hoping that my "homebody" son can stand to be in school that long.  Only time will tell . . .

For second grade, Katelyn received awards for
"A" Honor Roll and Citizenship.

For fourth grade, Clark received awards for 

"A" Honor Roll, Perfect Attendance, 
Excellent Gladiator (exceeding standards on the Nevada CRT State Assessment), 
the Nevada Citizenship Award, and a Math State Award for fourth grade students (he was one of the two that received it).

Clark and his best friend, Roman.  They have been in the same class for 2 years now but unfortunately, Roman moved across town and they will both be attending new schools.  They do have future plans to attend BYU together as roommates.
