These kids have gotten to be really close friends the past two years and are having a hard time leaving each other--some are moving out-of-state, and some will be going to different middle schools. It has been a great experience for all of them to learn and depend on each other. And Mrs. Montgomery has proclaimed that "it is her best class ever". A celebration is definitely earned!
All the kids pitched in $5 so our menu included sub sandwiches with all the fixin's, fruit kabobs, pasta salad, chips, drinks, cookies, and shaved ice. They snarfed it all up!

It's also a tradition at Triggs Elementary to provide a graduation luncheon during an extended lunch hour. The PTSO decorated and set up tables with a Hawaiian Luau theme. There was also a photo booth with props for the kids to take pictures with their friends.
Food was ordered from L&L's Hawaiian BBQ

The kids signed yearbooks and white t-shirts in fun colored pens and markers.
