Melissa hosted a spontaneous Junior Halloween party for the girls and Jake and Michael got to hang out with Cole at the same time. She rocked it and they all had so much fun. I "borrowed" her post since I wasn't there to witness all the action.
Jen and Aspen came up with all of the games for the girls to play and Melissa allowed Jake and Michael to come hang out with Cole for their own Wii party. Everything worked out great.
Chili, breadsticks, and apple cider--A perfect Halloweeny dinner
Bobbing for apples
The girls were soaked and had to borrow some of Mia's clothes.
Cole and Michael tried bobbing for apples but Jake wasn't interested. Funny that the boys are dry.
The mummy wrap game was a hit at Luke's birthday party, so Jen got the supplies for the older girls to play. But this time they were out for quality, not speed. The best wrapped mummy wins.
Everyone fought to have petite Sara as their partner. The easiest to wrap, for sure.
Then they switched places, so each girl had a turn to be a mummy.
They also played a balloon popping game, then sat down to watch "Corpse Bride" with Popcorn and M&M's. Jake and Michael put on two of the halloween masks and scared the girls. It was a lot of fun.
We Melissa might have to make this a tradition.
