Thursday night was the Fall Festival at the elementary school. Because of Hollywood Kids, we got to the school late so we didn't even dress up in costumes. And the kids and I were so busy helping their teachers with game booths, I didn't even get any pictures of them enjoying the festival. Clark earned service hours for National Junior Honor Society by helping sell glowsticks and slushies for G.A.T.E. and helped his previous 5th grade teacher, Mrs. Schrumpf at the Fishing Pond. Katelyn helped her friends, Mia and Audrey, make balloon animals to earn extra money for Sea Camp with G.A.T.E. and worked the Basketball Throw for Student Council. Jacob also helped with the Basketball Throw for Student Council and stayed with Mr. Harenberg and Mrs. Schrumpf to work the Fishing Pond. Carlee helped run the Kissing Booth and Pumpkin Toss for Mrs. Cifelli. My kids had no interest in playing the games. They just wanted me to bring them food while they worked. It was a successful night for them and they really had a great time just working.
I did manage to snap a few pictures of them with my phone in the dark with the cute Halloween backdrop as we were cleaning up. They are so silly!
